Our story began with two childhood friends, who grew up and later worked together. Everything changed with the understanding that they could do more for their careers, in a much better way. From there, they decided to open their own agency.
And so, in 2004, Ideatore was established.

Ideatore, in Italian, means "The Creator". But why did they choose this name? Simple, our team consists 100% of creators, from account executives to creative writers, from interns to employees who have already received their own plaque of agency heritage, everyone works together to bring ideas to life every day.
Initially, Rogério and Thales complemented each other’s tasks. With a perfect tune, they crafted strategic plans, offered innovative solutions to clients, spent late nights approving projects at print shops, while constantly reinventing their agency.
And, of course, they would also go to the bus station to pick up products for photography, head to the supermarket for coffee, paper, and liquid soap, and to the post office to send contracts.
However, as no one does anything alone, and in this case, not even in two, to keep growing, it was necessary to rely on competent professionals. First one, then two, seven, twenty and, today, we emerged as one of the largest agencies in the state of São Paulo, designing campaigns both at home and abroad.
In 2019, Rodrigo, one of the competent professionals mentioned above, became a partner. A great achievement to be celebrated! After all, we had someone else helping us make decisions. And of course, taking turns going to the post office, at least for a while, since Rodrigo, clever as he is, implemented a specific contract management software, preventing this kind of task in the future. Phew!
Since we serve major clients in the technology sector, we've always had a presence abroad, hablando Spanish, speaking English and creating campaigns for over 40 countries. Thanks to this export of ideas, in 2023, we took another significant step in our journey and stamped our passport. We combined samba and tango, and thus, we became Ideatore Americas.
Our first international branch began its operations in 2023, with an in-person team located in Puerto Madero, one of Buenos Aires' most prestigious areas and the headquarters of some large global companies in Argentina. This move was the result of a prospecting effort aimed at expanding our business and offer our services to clients beyond national boundaries.
With this growth, we recognized the need for reinforcements. So, we celebrated another achievement: our managers, Cristini, Marina, and Thais, became partners at Ideatore Americas, bringing all the support and trust needed for the agency to keep growing and expanding worldwide.
The long-standing friendship among the partners reflects the agency's culture. Today, more than just a productive work environment, we have a pleasant atmosphere with friendly people who also collaborate and give their best every day. We cherish enduring relationships, both within and beyond the workplace. This is our story, our vibe, and our purpose.
