Scenario

TD SYNNEX leader in the distribution of IT market solutions identified an opportunity in a challenge brought by the pandemic to many companies: security in a remote work environment. With this in mind, it sought Ideatore to promote these solutions. 

Challenge

Our client needed to take their security solutions to all of Latin America. And this was one of our biggest challenges: create campaigns in 03 languages by segmenting the relevant audiences for the company. 

Idea

Our team developed a strategy for capturing and qualifying leads, offering Gartner reports and other nurturing contents. Thus, optimizing the ads, we reach a relevant audience, delivering high conversion with greater and more accurate results.

In all, there were 7 campaigns with +1,700 leads, 350 of them ready to sell and 140 that requested direct contact with specialists. On social networks, the ads reached more than 6 million impressions and more than 40 thousand clicks. All this in an international context, running in 3 languages.   

Each campaign had its own geographic focus and ran, in total, in 36 Latin American countries.
